

Soup Dumpling Buldak Ramen
Buldak Ramen gets a juicy upgrade with the ultimate shortcut using soup dumplings. It is quick, fiery and way more exciting than your usual noodle fix. Dinner just got interesting.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 4 soup dumplings of your choice
- 1 packet buldak ramen
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp lao gan ma chilli oil
- 1 tbsp crispy onions
Method:
- Steam your soup dumplings to packet instructions. If you don’t have a steamer, cook soup dumplings in a pan on medium heat with ½ cup of water and cover for 8 minutes (as per the video)
- Heat the chicken stock to near boiling point (either in the microwave or stove top)
- Meanwhile, remove the 2 sachets from buldak ramen and cook the noodles for 2 minutes. Set aside
- In a bowl, combine the two sachets from the buldak ramen packet with an egg. Pour in the chicken stock and stir to combine
- Assemble the soup with the noodles, soup dumplings, spring onions, sesame seeds, chilli oil and crispy onions
- Enjoy!
