To ensure you have a comfortable and easy shopping experience, we offer free wheelchair and motorised scooter hire*. Collection is via our Information Desk located near Best & Less. To make an advanced booking, please call 08 9498 5574.

Please note, the closest entry to the Information Desk is the Woolworths/BWS entry. 

*Scooter hire is available for a maximum of 2 hours per day.


Found a gift in-centre?

We wrap all purchases over $20 at our Information Desk for a gold coin donation per gift to HeartKids WA. Simply present your receipt at the Information Desk and our friendly staff will take care of the rest. 

Please note there is a limit of 5 gifts per person, per day.


Located at the Health Freak Café entry, the Circontrol bollard mounted AC charging station has two Type 2 sockets rated to 22 kW each. Drivers need to supply their own cable. Tariff is set to $0.45 per kWh.

How long can I park?

There is a 4-hour limit across all car bays. This allows bays to be readily available for customers.

What do I do if I get a parking fine?

If you shop for over 4 hours and are issued with an infringement notice, this can be appealed through Parking Enforcement Services on 1300 306 933 by presenting your receipts verifying your length of stay.
