An Important Update from Cockburn Gateway

We regard the health and well-being of all our customers, retailers and the staff who work within the Centre as our greatest priority. We have been monitoring the current Coronavirus situation closely and will continue to seek and follow the advice of the WA Health Department and World Health Organisation.

Over the past few weeks, we have taken a range of precautionary measures, including:

  • Increased cleaning regimes around high touch points, such as doors, lift controls, food courts and amenities within this centre.
  • Installed additional hand sanitiser dispensers around the centre.
  • Preparing our teams to respond quickly and safely to any emerging situation should it occur.
  • Cancellation of events and play spaces to minimise person to person contact

As this situation evolves and as additional information becomes available we will continue to update you and adhere to the advice given.

Anyone with concerns or further questions should call the Coronavirus Health Information Line 1800 020 080 or visit https://healthywa.health.wa.gov.au/ to stay up to date with the situation.

We’d like to thank our customers, retailers and staff for their support and understanding.

FOOD COURT, RESTAURANT & CAFE UPDATE

As of Monday 18 May, restaurants and cafes are allowed up to 20 dine-in patrons as well as takeaway and delivery services. Customers who choose to dine-in will be required to provide their contact details to the cafe or restaurant. This is a government requirement which has been implemented for customer health and safety.

Stage Two restrictions require that food courts remain closed. As such, Cockburn Gateway is taking the necessary steps to ensure we comply and we have removed or restricted access to seating in our food areas. As an additional precaution all other seating pods in the centre have also been distanced.

We encourage you to support our local retailers as they continue to provide limited dine-in, takeaway and delivery options for your convenience. Click here
