Introducing the Opera Slice, dating back to the 1950’s, originating in France and now re-created by the Shingle Inn Bakery. This traditional dessert is light yet decadent with delicate layers of sponge cake, coffee cream and chocolate ganache filling. Perfectly paired with an afternoon coffee.
